Are you struggling to find affordable medical or dental care in Southwest Utah?  Then we're the place, and our door is open especially for you!  How can we do it, you ask?  We are non-profit and federally subsidized, with state grants and charitable donations earmarked specifically to lower the cost to you- and in a dramatic way!

Here's how we can help you:

Medical and preventive health care.  We have 3 locations and 6 providers on staff so that you can have same-day or next-day appointments.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and most private insurances.  If you are uninsured and need to pay for it yourself, we'll give you reduced rates or charge a nominal fee, based on your family size and household income.  So a visit to the doc here will typically cost you between $20- $70, with payment plans available.
 

Are you a student?  Students enrolled with the Washington County School District pay $10 for their office visit, and Southern Utah University Students have a special plan too! Call us for details.

Prescriptions at 40% to 60% of what you normally would pay. Its called 340b pricing, available through us at Smith's Food and Drug Pharmacies. 

Lab services at reduced rates if you qualify for Intermountain Healthcare vouchers.

Dental services at reduced rates.

Children receive a reading book each visit at no cost to help them become more literate.  We love kids and want each one to grow up both healthy and smart!
