The administration at Southwest Utah Community Health Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive, continuing health care to individuals and families in need of services.
We feel all people have the right to receive health care services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner and should be treated with dignity and respect. We believe that by increasing access to high quality, comprehensive primary and preventive health care services, we can improve the health care status of underserved and vulnerable populations and can have a positive impact on health outcomes.
By maintaining strong leadership, finances, and infrastructure, we can adapt to and survive the challenges of a transforming health care environment.
As we improve access to care, we reduce the need for more costly hospital services, and give support to individuals and families in their effort to maintain healthy and productive lives.
