Night, Weekend and Emergency Service
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go immediately to the
Emergency Room at Dixie Regional Medical Center.
If you have an urgent medical problem, which necessitates you speaking with a medical provider after hours, call (435) 632-2027 and leave your name, telephone number and a brief message. The on-call provider will return your call as quickly as possible.
If you have a non-urgent medical problem (appointment changes, prescription refills, etc.) after hours, pleae call (435) 986-2565 and leave your name, telephone number and a brief message. Clinic staff will contract you during Health Center Hours.
