Location and Hours:
The Southwest Utah Community Health Center has two locations to serve you:
Our main site is located at 168 North 100 East, Suite 101 in St. George. We are open Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 7 pm, and Friday 8 am to 5 pm. (We are one block east of the St. George Main Street Post Office, which is a stop on Route 3 of the Sun Tran Bus line.)
Our 2nd site is located at Millcreek High School, 2410 E. Riverside Dr, St. George. We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. (Our building is near the parking lot of the High School, which is a stop on "Red Cliffs Route 1" of the Sun Tran Bus Line.)
