Dr. Stephen Clark, DO

Dr. Stephen Clark ws born in Salt Lake City and raised in Southeastern Idaho.  He is a bilingual family Practice Physician who provides obstetrical care for the Community Health Center patients.

Dr. Clark has been employed by Intermountain HealthCare since September 2005 after completing 7 years of active duty service in The United States Navy.  He enjoys activites such as SCUBA diving, cycling and surfing.  He is the father of 5 daughters.
