Services
Dr. Howard Chamberlain was born in Roosevelt, Utah and raised in St. George, Utah. He is a bilingual Family Practice Physician who provides obstetrical care for Community Health Center patients.
His interest include medicine, archery, hunting, camping, backpacking, softball, running, tennis, and cycling. He especially enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
